Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how C4RADS LLC ("C4RADS," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, retains, and shares personal information through C4RADS.com, related forms, communications, applicant verification, and campaign operations (collectively, the "Service"). The Service connects advertisers with approved drivers for professionally installed perforated rear-windshield advertising. The Service is intended for users in the United States.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly. Advertiser information may include a contact name, business name, email address, phone number, website, industry, target area, budget, timing, desired vehicle count, campaign length, campaign goals, creative materials, and messages. Driver information may include name, email address, phone number, age confirmation, city or area, vehicle year, make, model, color and type, vehicle and installation photographs, typical mileage, odometer documentation, normal driving areas or routes, license and insurance confirmations, consent records, application status, campaign activity, and communications. The public application does not request Social Security numbers, complete payment-card numbers, actual driver's-license numbers, insurance-policy numbers, or live precise location. If an applicant advances to onboarding, C4RADS may separately request identity, license, insurance, tax, payment, vehicle-ownership, or additional verification information through an appropriate process. We also collect technical information described below.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries; prepare quotes and Campaign Orders; evaluate, verify, and manage driver applications; match drivers with campaigns; coordinate installation and removal; verify mileage, participation, and campaign activity; provide campaign reports; process payments and compensation; prevent fraud and protect safety and security; maintain records; comply with law; enforce agreements; and improve the Service. We may contact you by email, telephone, or text for application, inquiry, campaign, scheduling, verification, and other operational purposes. We do not send automated promotional text messages without any consent required by law. We may use aggregated or de-identified information for lawful analytical and operational purposes when it cannot reasonably identify an individual.
Cookies and Automatic Data
The Service and its providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies and standard logs. Information collected automatically may include browser and device type, operating system, IP address, general location derived from IP, referral source, pages viewed, interactions, time spent, identifiers, and security or diagnostic data. Wix and other providers may process this information to host, operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Service. You can control many cookies through browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect Site functions. C4RADS does not currently use submitted application or inquiry information for unrelated behavioral advertising.
How We Share Information
C4RADS does not sell personal information and does not use submitted advertiser or driver information for unrelated third-party advertising. We may disclose information to Wix and vendors that provide hosting, forms, communications, cloud storage, security, analytics, installation, printing, payment, accounting, insurance, and operational support; to attorneys, accountants, insurers, and other professional advisers; to advertisers as reasonably necessary for campaigns, including vehicle photographs, active-vehicle status, verified mileage, campaign days, and generalized geography summaries, but not driver home addresses or unnecessary precise location histories; to authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud; and in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business. Service providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, considering the status of an inquiry, application, or campaign; contractual and payment obligations; fraud prevention; recordkeeping; legal limitation periods; disputes; and applicable law. We may retain de-identified information where it cannot reasonably be linked to an individual. C4RADS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information within its control. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information. You may opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe method provided and may opt out of promotional texts by replying STOP. C4RADS does not currently sell personal information or process it for targeted advertising. Requests may be submitted through the FAQ / Contact form at C4RADS.com. We may verify your identity, request additional information, deny or limit a request where permitted by law, and retain information required for security, fraud prevention, contracts, payments, disputes, or legal obligations. If applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal a denied request through the same contact method.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and C4RADS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Individuals must be at least 18 years old to submit a driver application or advertiser inquiry.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Service, business practices, technology, or applicable law. We will update the Effective Date and provide any additional notice required by law. Changes apply prospectively when posted or on a later stated date.
